Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective items. Please note that exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are allowed.

Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.

Specifically, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.

All items to be returned must be done within 7 working days after which strictly no exchanges will be entertained.

For items to be eligible for an exchange, it must be unworn and not washed.

For exchange request that has been accepted, we will exchange the product in question with the same product.
